Unabashedly fake, fully electric, and entirely magical; submitted as part of an exhibition to construct an architectural model composed in a 1 m³ volume. The Flowering box is composed of 16 Plexiglas plates each measuring 100cm x 100cm x 0.5cm. The inner plates are spaced 8.5 cm apart and are held together by a sectioned 3d Printed bouquet of Orchids. The Flowering box unfolds as one walks around it; it renders iconic moments, it plays endless patterns, it projects many lives; Pollen and perfume, emojis and honey, ladybugs and Corinthian capitals. Always a whole, never apart, the volume is an approximation; demountable in many ways. The Flowering Box pollutes the world through the many moments it articulates.
